Free Shipping: Initial shipments for new orders from our warehouses to the doors of home addresses in the lower 48 continental states is free of charge via FedEx Home Delivery. For now, Chicken Saloon doesn’t ship to any other location.
Shipping Times: Customers should expect a 7–10 day delivery time—depending on location and time of year—but it’s often faster.
Same-day Shipping: If orders are placed before 4pm Mountain Time, the shipment leaves our warehouse the same day. We don’t offer “overnight” shipping, free or otherwise.
Shipping Damage: Damaged caused during shipping must be claimed with FedEx, but we’ll help with that. Often, the boxes look very worn and tattered, but the contents are fine or have minor dents and dings that won’t affect the functionality of the coop. Unbox the coop and take photos of any damage you see (both the coop and the boxes), and note of any missing parts. Contact us at (801) 214-1278 or email@example.com within 30 days of shipment receipt (a FedEx restriction). We’ll work out the details with you, put together a claim for FedEx, and happily ship replacement parts to you right away and free of charge.
Shipment Refusal: If you refuse the shipment, you will be responsible for the full cost of the return, deducted from your refund. If you notice damage at the door, instead of refusing, follow the guidelines in Shipping Damage above.
30-day Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your coop, you may return it, along with any free gift you received, to Chicken Saloon (no questions asked) within 30 days of shipment receipt for a refund—less a 10% restocking fee. You will also be responsible for the return shipping costs. Let us know that you plan to return the coop at (801) 214-1278 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll provide a return address. It’s important to note that the address the shipment came from is typically not the return address.
Free gifts are occasionally offered to customers paying current price for a coop. These offers can’t be combined with any other offer. When returning chicken coops within 30 days of shipment receipt, free gifts must also be returned, otherwise the cost of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
